At Mithvo Toys India Private Limited, we aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) following payment confirmation. In rare cases of delays, customers will be informed promptly. We prioritize fast and reliable processing to ensure timely dispatch of your orders.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery

We offer standard and expedited shipping options across India. Customers can choose their preferred method at checkout based on urgency and budget.

Estimated Delivery Timelines:

  • Within Chennai: 1–2 business days
  • Within Tamil Nadu: 2–4 business days
  • Pan India (other locations): 4–7 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery location and order weight. Final shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. We also offer free shipping on orders above a specific value during promotional campaigns. Additional surcharges may apply for remote or out-of-delivery areas.

Delivery Delays

Unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, lockdowns, public holidays, strikes, or courier delays may occasionally impact our delivery schedule. In such cases, our team will keep you updated through email or WhatsApp.

If your tracking information is inactive or if the package appears lost, please contact our support team for immediate assistance.

Failed Deliveries & Reattempts

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or other reasons, our courier partners typically make a second attempt. If the package is returned to us, we will reach out to coordinate reshipping. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.

International Shipping

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photographs and contact us immediately. Our team will investigate and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the issue. For lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the matter swiftly.
