Return Policy

• Returns are applicable only in case of products damaged in transit.
• A complete, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for any return request. This helps us verify product condition on arrival.
• Returns without unboxing video proof will not be accepted under any circumstance.

Refunds

• Refunds will be initiated only after product verification and approval of your return request.
• Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our part (e.g. wrong item delivered).
